What Payment Information We Collect

During checkout, we collect:

Data Security: We do not store your full payment card details after the transaction is completed. Only our certified payment processor retains encrypted payment information for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

Pricing & Currency

Payment Currency: All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£).

What's Included in the Price: All prices shown on our website include VAT at the standard UK rate (20%). This is the total amount you will be charged at checkout there are no hidden fees or charges added during the payment process.

Price Display: Prices are clearly displayed on each product page, in the shopping cart, and at checkout before you complete payment.

When Payment is Taken

Your payment card is authorised and charged at the point of checkout. You do not need to take any further action to complete the payment.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment. This email includes:

  • Order number
  • Items purchased
  • Total amount charged
  • Billing and delivery address

Keep this email for your records.

Failed Payments

If your payment is declined or fails, your card will not be charged. The transaction will not proceed, and you will see an error message at checkout.

What to do:

  1. Check your card details are entered correctly
  2. Ensure you have sufficient funds available
  3. Try again with the same card, or
  4. Use an alternative payment method

Accidental Double Charges: If you are charged twice in error, contact us immediately. We will investigate and process a full refund of the duplicate charge within 5 business days.

Your Consumer Rights: You retain all legal rights to dispute a transaction with your bank or card provider, including the right to request a chargeback. We will not discourage or prevent you from exercising these rights. If a chargeback is initiated, we will cooperate fully with the investigation and provide all necessary documentation to your bank or card provider.

Refunds & Returns

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:

Contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order before it ships. If we can stop your order before dispatch (usually within 24-48 hours of purchase):

  • Full refund including any delivery charges
  • No fees or deductions
  • No return needed

14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

You have 14 days after delivery to return items for any reason under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Return items in original, unworn condition with tags attached
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (typically £3-£8 depending on courier and service level)
  • Refund amount: Full product price
  • Keep proof of postage

Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described:

You can return items within 6 months if they arrive damaged, faulty, or don't match the product description.

  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • Full refund or replacement provided
  • This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which may extend beyond 6 months for certain defects

Items We Cannot Accept for Return:

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items worn, even once
  • Items washed or laundered
  • Items with removed, missing, or damaged tags
  • Items with stains, odours, makeup marks, or visible wear

Important: If you return an item showing signs of wear beyond normal inspection, the return will be rejected and the item will be returned to you at your expense. No refund will be issued. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if the item was faulty or not as described.

How to Return:

  2. We'll provide return authorization and shipping address
  3. Package securely and obtain proof of postage
  4. Send to the address we provide

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse
  • Once processed, funds typically appear in your account within 3-5 additional business days depending on your bank's processing time
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Any changes will not apply retroactively to transactions already completed
