How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery to the UK takes 6-11 business days from order placement. This includes order processing (1-3 days) and international transit (5-8 days). Orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT or on weekends process the next business day. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across the UK. No minimum purchase required.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in real-time using our website. We use Parcel Panel to send you automatic shipping notifications, so you'll know exactly when your parcel is on its way and where it is. You'll receive tracking updates via email automatically.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

If your package is lost once it reaches the UK, you'll need to contact the carrier they will investigate this for you. Please also contact us at contact@lalaxi.com with your order number and tracking details. We can help you file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What's your return policy?

Change of Mind (14 days): You have 14 days after delivery to return unworn items with tags attached. You pay return shipping (typically £3-£8). Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving your return, plus 3-5 days bank processing.

Faulty/Defective (6 months): Return damaged or faulty items within 6 months for full refund or replacement. We cover return shipping. Contact contact@lalaxi.com with photos for approval. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Cannot be returned: Worn, washed, or items with removed tags (unless faulty). Email contact@lalaxi.com to start any return. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

  3. Fill in your order number and return reason
